Customer Reviews
Decent, but delivery was slow
I decided to try the eco-friendly household bundle. The bamboo toilet paper is soft enough, and the paper towels work well. The quality seems good for the price. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about a week and a half, which was a minor inconvenience. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it would be better if shipping was a bit faster.
Consistent quality as always
This was my fourth order from Reel Paper, and they're still delivering the same reliable quality. I've been getting their recycled toilet paper for a while now, and it's always been consistent. The subscription service is super convenient; I never have to worry about running out. They've kept the same level of service and product quality each time, which is why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands.
Good value for subscription
I was looking for some eco-friendly toilet paper and found Reel Paper. The subscription discount was a big draw, really helped with the budget. Got the bamboo toilet paper, and it feels pretty good. Free shipping was a nice bonus too. Overall, felt like a solid purchase for the price.
Smooth ordering, good support
I ordered a bulk box of recycled toilet paper. The website was easy to navigate, and placing the order was straightforward. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging was all plastic-free, which I appreciated. I had a quick question about my next delivery date, and their online chat support was very helpful and got me the answer right away. The toilet paper itself is perfectly fine, not super plush, but definitely does the job and I feel good about it being recycled. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.

Hey, does anyone know if they ever have sales beyond the first-time subscriber discount? Like, do they do Black Friday or anything?
Can you combine promo codes on Reel Paper? Got a student discount code but also seeing a first order deal, wondering if I can stack 'em.
I'm thinking about switching from Who Gives A Crap. Has anyone used both and can tell me how Reel compares? Softness, delivery, price, etc.
Thinking of trying Reel Paper but idk which one to get. Is the bamboo or recycled better? Is one softer?
How long does shipping usually take to get to California? Wanna make sure I order in time before I run out completely.
